Before then, he hadn't heard much of our club or anyone at it! Ironic that it probably took Claudio's arrival to get him interested and yet Claudio didn't want to sign him!

Veretout relegated with historic club Villa, Aranguiz injured for the season with Leverkusen and now this Dembele character. You just know that we will eliminate Dortmund from the Champions League 7-0 on aggregate. I'd be tempted to go back in for Veretout and Aranguiz just to pull the plug at the last minute because they aren't big enough players for us.

The curse of Leicester, reject us at your peril. I'd have Aranguiz here tomorrow but his injury did tickle me after he dissed us.

He clearly has his heart set on Dortmund but so many prem teams could outbid them now with the tv money. There could end up being offers from multiple English teams, all higher than the Germans, and Rennes would be crazy to sell a future star like this to anything other than the highest bidder. The chances of him coming here are pretty slim but we'll probably end up seeing him somewhere in this country next season.
