We're in meltdown over one player. Yeh it certainly could be worse. Can't believe he's going there, but maybe shows lack of ambition from Soton

Foxes1 Posted 4 June 2016 Posted 4 June 2016 Apparently he has already failed his medical because he has a dodgy wrist but the media are keeping quiet about it.
HankMarvin Posted 4 June 2016 Posted 4 June 2016 wonder if the team knew, thats why it was a party at his house and they was so emotional
StanSP Posted 4 June 2016 Posted 4 June 2016 Sure you know more than me but it's what he apparently told my dad and I'm sure why either would have cause to lie. Is it true he an iPad or tablet with scouting info on public transport? No idea.
st albans fox Posted 4 June 2016 Posted 4 June 2016 On his Leicester contract alone he'll never have to work again. /quote] With his current lifestyle that just isn't true. He has around 40/50 years after he finishes playing. The way these guys spend money, I suspect he needs a pot of about 25/30 mill to manage that once he has finished playing.. The arsenal contract will be very handy. We wouldnt k ow what to do with the money these guys earn but they get used to spending it
BaggyPants Posted 4 June 2016 Posted 4 June 2016 I think that there is a whole lot of over reacting about what is still yet only a report. Let's face it, would you trust any journalist to be accurately factful even on something as simple or straight forward as to whether the sun was shining or not !!. And if you were Wenger, would you perhaps not keep your powder dry just for a further few weeks and to access how Vards performs on the bigger stage at the euros, rather than rush in right now. And if it is true and he chooses to leave, then I say good luck to him. He has had to fight for his success, and has served well all the clubs at various levels he has played for, and that includes Leicester. And there may be a hidden positive in his leaving, as the team is set up to play to Vardy's strengths, which makes us over reliant and somewhat one dimensional in how we play. Think of having an extra £29m added to an already robust transfer money chest. Change is bound to happen...and more to the point it has to happen.
Guest CityFan 06 Posted 4 June 2016 Posted 4 June 2016 Just hope if he does stay after all of this, he actually wants to wear the Leicester shirt week in week out. I heard he wanted the move to Arsenal, but maybe he didn't, I don't know what to believe to be honest.
Guest nathan. Posted 4 June 2016 Posted 4 June 2016 bluetintedspecs aint that bad ;---) It wasn't aimed at him its the twitter plebs
Vlad the Fox Posted 4 June 2016 Posted 4 June 2016 This is deffo reaching 100 pages by the end of the day. And no big transfer goes through unless the thread reaches 100 pages. Stop posting foxestalkers.
Lloydwasmylife Posted 4 June 2016 Posted 4 June 2016 wonder if the team knew, thats why it was a party at his house and they was so emotional Or it was emotional because they just won the league at 5000/1
erabil05 Posted 4 June 2016 Posted 4 June 2016 no player is bigger than the team .the players comes and goes but the teams stays there with history glory and fans arround

Even living a fairly lavish lifestyle. He could buy a new house every month to rent out and have a property empire if he wanted.
VinceNoir Posted 4 June 2016 Posted 4 June 2016 wonder if the team knew, thats why it was a party at his house and they was so emotional Gonna go out on a limb here and guess that they were emotional because they'd just won the Premier League.
Vlad the Fox Posted 4 June 2016 Posted 4 June 2016 It's just possible that the club are happy to let him go.
tsintskaro Posted 4 June 2016 Posted 4 June 2016 Right now he is having a nice family day with his wife and child poor us
HankMarvin Posted 4 June 2016 Posted 4 June 2016 I have gone through the stages of grief, I dont think you can blame him, his is at the pinnacle of his short career, from here on at Leicester it can only be a downward trajectory. Nearly won the golden boot won the league won the FWA award Broke the consecutive Premier league goal scoring record scored a worldy against Neur If you think about it logically he is in the best position he will ever be in to discuss terms. If he can get super money fair play to him, this is a bloke that worked in a factory not long ago, not some primadonna youngster on 50k at 19 I just hope we can show intent by signing players worthy of League winning status
Guest nathan. Posted 4 June 2016 Posted 4 June 2016 It's just possible that the club are happy to let him go. For 30 mil probably
Babylon Posted 4 June 2016 Posted 4 June 2016 This is going to spoil the first watch of the season review dvd isn't it... Ha.
