I don't know if I've missed something or everyone is just losing their shit over Twitter nonsense. BTW anyone giving him or his wife abuse on Twitter isn't going to do anything other than make him think maybe he doesn't want to play in front of these ungrateful nob ends.

She ain't happy thanks to the idiots, they have no sense and as you say it will make the case stronger for him to go

If he is offered 120k a week and we don't at least up our pay to 100k I can't say I would blame him leaving. Look at the corporate world (bhs etc.), not a flying f given about their employees when things go wrong.

Also, if arsenal really are topping up his wages with a signing fee over and above the 20mm that they would have had to pay to get him in a normal market then the cash we are talking about from a pa perspective is massive.

If he goes I am very sad and unlikely to give a monkeys about England in the Euros but I can't blame him. 4 more years and he's done for life and then some.

Ask yourself if you would turn down that for your families and yourself

Schroedinger's transfer rumour, until the news has been released he has both signed and not signed for Arsenal, I'm going to wait until someone opens the box before I lose my shit.

:Dlol

Transfers are really just Quantum Entanglement. :D:thumbup:

Also its very likely that halifax will get a cut of fleetwoods money and stocksbridge a cut of halifaxs. The money will transform all three.

Is it? I doubt it. I've heard of a "% of next sale" clause, but never a "% of sale after the next one".

I expect Halifax and Stocksbridge have already had anything they were owed in sell-on clauses if there were any. Halifax might have had a slice of the £1m Fleetwood got off us, and Stocksbridge might have had a bit of whatever Fleetwood paid Halifax for him.

Going around that the fee will actually be £29.8m...apparently a figure being touted by Ranieri to Gazzetta.

That makes me feel a lot better as I believe £30m is his value.

Oh by the way , I heard that Chilwell & Kante are going with him. It's a package deal.

Wouldn't be surprised if it was part of some clause deal that fool Rudkin agreed to.

Nice ending for the Vardy film. Taking a dump on the team that gave him his chance after saying he'd stay.

And by the way, if he leaves, he's no longer a champion. That's a fact.

It's probably being reported as less so other clubs can't ask us for more money when we sign a new striker. They could ask for the whole lot

I'm sorry but do people really believe that Ranieri would speak about money. That confirms it for me, media making up absolute horseshit to increase their audience. This thread is insanely naive.

Was that actually the quote? I don't believe that Claudio would discuss fees with the press.

no. the only thing he said when asked about Arsenal's approach for Vardy was 'It's all true'.

No fees or anything mentioned by the great man.

Where are Albert and Ramadaone when we need that bit of reassuring info?

What reassuring info do you think they can provide? If the clause has been met, the decision is with Vardy.

and we know this is a genuine quote because the internet is so true! :)
