If we sign Luan I doubt very highly we will go for Sigurdsson as well unless we are looking to sign him as a centre mid rather than a number 10. Plus players being on holiday has no effect on us trying to agree fee's with the club or the players. That's all done by the club & the players agent. The player just has to agree to the deal on the phone & turn up for a medical.

Seen that he covered the most amount of ground out of everyone in the France vs Iceland game.

It's a free market out there. sigurdson can't be considered an unknown target.

It's a free market out there. sigurdson can't be considered an unknown target. Thing is, 25m is a lot of money but IF we ever were to pay that for him, I'd be content with it. Proven quality in the PL & you'd know, more or less what you'd be paying for.

However a player we have been rumoured to have a interest in all of a sudden is now an Everton target. Despite no press suggesting they had any interest before. People are bound to put 2 and 2 together. He may well have gone to koeman and showed him his dossier and explained why he could be a good fit. Who knows they may sell Barkley. Who lacks end product for more.
