whoareyaaa Posted 11 June 2016 Posted 11 June 2016 **** sake. What is wrong with people? Different mentality over there mate. Be safe if you decide to go, but they have targeted those two games specifically.
ramboacdc Posted 11 June 2016 Posted 11 June 2016 reports on twitter saying an england fan has been killed.
Raj Posted 11 June 2016 Posted 11 June 2016 Can't people just drink, meet different people, enjoy the games and stay out of trouble.? Easy to do really.
ScouseFox Posted 11 June 2016 Posted 11 June 2016 Can't people just drink, meet different people, enjoy the games and stay out of trouble.? Easy to do really. probs not that easy when they're being attacked by locals in what was described as guerrilla warfare and then by russians with "military style organised hooligans"
Larry_LCFC Posted 11 June 2016 Posted 11 June 2016 Embarrassed to be a football fan. These scenes are utterly shameful. The Russians and French are a disgrace but the English aren't as innocent as people are claiming.
RowlattsFox Posted 11 June 2016 Posted 11 June 2016 Im sure you could avoid the certain areas if you wanted to. Especially if you'd seen what happened last night.
Dr The Singh Posted 11 June 2016 Posted 11 June 2016 Im sure you could avoid the certain areas if you wanted to. Especially if you'd seen what happened last night.I've been to a couple of world cups, I always avoid England fans
ScouseFox Posted 11 June 2016 Posted 11 June 2016 Embarrassed to be a football fan. These scenes are utterly shameful. The Russians and French are a disgrace but the English aren't as innocent as people are claiming. not really sure anyone is claiming they are all "innocent". merely people taking issue with headlines like "they're at it again... police forced to use tear gas and full riot gear as english fans riot and cause ugly scenes in marseille" whilst some of our fans are half dead after being ambushed by both locals and russians in separate attacks.
Raj Posted 11 June 2016 Posted 11 June 2016 probs not that easy when they're being attacked by locals in what was described as guerrilla warfare and then by russians with "military style organised hooligans" Well if they didn't give it the big I am then it wouldn't have happened. If people want to keep away from trouble they will. I hope no innocent fans have been injured but I'm sure the England boys looking for it are now shitting it cos they have found a force that aren't shit scared of them.
walkerleeds Posted 11 June 2016 Posted 11 June 2016 Couple of things I'm wondering... If the venue was known as such a problem by England fans themselves - why base yourself there so early? It's a late kick off, so travel could have been made from other places during the day? And secondly - if it is dangerous, don't go round giving it the big un, which far too many people do! I hazard a guess a lot of naive people thinking if they 'don't look for trouble , they'll be okay'. A lot of people caught up in this will not be violent whatsoever as I personally know lads out there caught up in some of it who haven't thrown a punch in their life.
Lionheart10 Posted 11 June 2016 Posted 11 June 2016 When they worked out the fixtures who the f**k thought it would be a good idea to put England v Russia in Marseille!!In fact any England game there!

That in itself is asking for trouble There are other areas you can go away from all that But I beg the answer to the question , why on earth anyone would go to that city to watch England Russia What a sad situation being an England fan is

ScouseFox Posted 11 June 2016 Posted 11 June 2016 yeah there's a few off here who are there. hopefully all sensible enough to keep themselves safe.

Stadt Posted 11 June 2016 Posted 11 June 2016 he's quite clearly knocked that guy out in red and left him to burn. and stole his (fuller) pint
RowlattsFox Posted 11 June 2016 Posted 11 June 2016 Lot of England fans will Probably be staying in Lille before going to Lens. Guess where Russia play there second game?
DJ Barry Hammond Posted 11 June 2016 Posted 11 June 2016 45] https://twitter.com/ViktorFagerLFC/status/741679107365326848 That guy was literally stood there doing nothing (possibly concerned by the guy on the floor to the right), and someone idiot decided to take him as a cheap hit and run off... bet that was an 'English fan'
