I think it's probably more a case of Inler has hardly played for Leicester, whereas Fernandes has been playing for his club. Unlike Woy (And i'm sorry i'm bringing him up, again, but I think this is a fantastic comparison and example) who takes Wilshire who has played less games this season than Goken Inler has.
