To be fair to Kalinic, the 2009/10 Blackburn team was a flop on the whole - David Dunn scored nine goals that season, a third of the total. How they managed to finish 10th that year, I'll never know!

A young Croatian striker who scored loads of goals in the Croatian League, but failed when he moved to England - where have I heard that before ?! Mind you, like Kramaric, he was only in his early 20's when he came here. 5 years on, he could well be the finished article - he did particularly well at Dnipro - and the Ukrainian League is pretty tough ! Perhaps we should go back for Kramaric in 5 years time !
