Pump up the Volume

For most of this season the support at home has been average at best.

The away support today will be vocal , the fans today need to be up for this,

the game is pivotal.

A win today moves us close to the pack in mid table and takes some of the heat

from the Swansea game.

Put the clappers down and get vocal

Thanks @Winsum

Just the perfect rallying call the fans needed on top of all the other rallying calls we've had this week. This is the mother of all rallying calls.

Good on you!

For most of this season the players at home have been average at best.

The away team today will be up for it, our players need to be up for this.

If we are getting a pounding by half time i expect to see a similar reaction from our fans the same as at Selhurst park yesterday.

Not only that, even a win (that wont happen) wont actually really move us up really because we have allowed everyone above us to create a gap.

Hope the players turn up if the fans do, as the fans have been good considering, as in not turned on them.

Just say we lift the roof off today, and the players don't respond, have we a plan b, or do we just keep cheering them on blindly, or at some point do we show these performances are not acceptable.

Dont get me wrong, I'm not expecting a result today, and when I say turn up, I mean give us a performance, that would give us hope they are up for the relegation battle, and not just gift Utd the game, like the did Chelsea, Liverpool, Chelsea away, and so on, and so on

Sing your hearts out for the lads.

But will they even try to put in a performance to warrant it.

This is what I'm not sure about mate

Well done for showing yourself up. He's not asking the "players" to show up he's asking for "fans" like yourself who clearly believe in supporting only when something good happens on the pitch. Support means we cheer when we see a near shot, a good pass but to no avail, a good save. If you want to wait until something good happens come back when we are winning you glory hunting moron. If you have a seat for today and even try doing what those ***** at palace did then pray you're not near any real supporters or the only one getting abused and knocked out will be yourself.

What Palace did at home yesterday has probably cost them more than a defeat. Why would the players want to play with fans like that in the stands throwing punches at them. Grow the **** up and get behind your team or go on Arsenal fan TV

The problem is if we turn these over this place will melt down like always. The "we've turned the corner mid table is acert now" comments. Then we go lose to derby n Swansea to be sh1t again. Even if we do win and rumours are true the players should not be lorded up. Some of the seem to be the reason we are in this sh1t.

People have very short memories.

We can t actually score any goals for the team - so the only thing we can do is try to encourage our team to play/try harder.

only positive reaction will help

what good will booing do.

wait until the end and if your not happy then go for it

during the game - show some class

do all we can to help and keep fingers crossed

In all honestly, I'm not quite sure, that after reading all of the news about disharmony, back-stabbing and trouble-making that I can bring myself to vocalise any support for this bunch of cvnts today.

I'm so ****ing angry that they've managed to completely ruin the image of their heroics last year in my mind - tarnishing it with this total lack of respect and lack of effort.

Utter bunch of twats, the lot of 'em.

I'm so bored of people coming on threads telling fans to GET UP, GET LOUD LET'S SHOUT OUR LUNGS OUT. It's nothing more than an ego trip from the author.

99% of the people you're preaching to aren't loud. Ever. They don't read a forum and they certainly won't be taking a stranger's words on board.

Said it before but its a two way street.  For too long the fans have turned up without the players.  Now we have to see something, anything from the players.

I fully expect the atmosphere to turn toxic very quickly today if the players don't up their game from the start.

dont get me wrong ill get behind the team all day long, but a part of me thinks what the point us trying to be the 12th man so to speak if the 11 over paid nitwits on the pitch arent putting in all their effort:(

I go to the ground approximately once per rear EVERY time I do, I end up with tonilitus through my vocal support.

COME ON YOU FOXES- IF YOU WIN I'LL SUCK MY NEIGHBOUR'S KNOB DRY! (its a beer!)

Support the team blindly whatever the situation then? The 100k a week arrogant sods who aint put in full effort for most of the season need a fvcking punch or two. They are all so detached from reality and so rich, they couldnt give a toss. They need waking up.

Agree, people do go over the top over one result, our problems are a lot deeper than this game.

Like I said we need to see signs of life, a performance that looks like they are together and up for this fight, I'm fed up or hearing quotes in the press from them saying they are, they need to show it.

Its time for them to show professional pride, put aside the alleged differences with Claudio, and keep us up, and **** off in the summer if they are not happy.
