How many more weeks of these buzzwords are we gonna have? Fight ffs lol

Days of remaining calm are over. We are so bad we are starting to look like we don't deserve to be in this league.

Someone who we are willing to give time to.

No point in hiring a Rowett if we go down, are mid-table in the championship at christmas and the fans/owners want him out.

Rowett looks like a fighter, it's what we need. Someone with a bit of passion on the touchline would certainly improve my confidence in the side.

I'd be happy with him. But we can't criticise him for taking over a sinking ship. We need a miracle worker.

There are people who would take the job for sure. Everyone always points to Hull and Swansea though, casually ignoring Palace who haven't improved under Allardyce.

Would be a similar appointment to Micky Adams when we got relegated in the Peter Taylor year. Probably wouldn't save us this year but would likely give us a team that we could get behind in the Championship

Sorry mate, I don't respect him.

He won us the premier league, I mean come on mate, for me he could take us down with 0 points and he would still have my respect for 1) Winning us the title 2) Making Leicester a far more like able and happy club 3) For being a genuinely kind person 4) For always treating the press and people with respect 5) For not telling our fans to f off and die

Again, fair enough but...

1. Yes, he was manager while winning us the league but the coaching staff, players, sport scientist were all involved. They (apart from the players) got no respect and/or gratitude for what they did;

2. We have always been a happy club for me. It's our flipping club, we were laughing and joking down in league one! But again, point 1, answers this in someways too;

3. This is why irks me about him. Shakey who has done wonders for this club from a coaching perspective has been treated like dirt on the bottom of his shoe. His treatment is on par with a new team leader coming in and being told he has to work with and/or deal with the existing lot. He agrees to get the job but slowly reduces the teams involvement to get them to jump himself. John Percy who reported this is taken as gospel and rightly so as more often than not, he is correct. Why not the big shout and screaming for the treatment of Shakespeare or the sports scientist who have been treated like dirt by mr nice guy?:

4. A great media persona doesn't mean anything if you spend your entire career alienating your inner circle. Remember this is a man who pissed Totti off so much, he contemplated leaving Roma - its happen this season again, players questioning what they deem as "lies";

5. Ok, I'll give him that ?

I have my opinion on ranieri. I don't expect everyone to agree with it but there are reasons. Too many fall outs and too many disgruntled players have played under him. This can't be a coincidence on each and every occasion. I also don't like the way he continues to believe he is right when after 40 years of getting it wrong (except maybe 2 seasons), he is reluctant to listen to those around him.

Anyway, my "disrespect " for ranieri is the least of Leicester fans problems. Maybe if we got over the fact that some people (and I am pretty sure I am not the only one) do not like him, we would come to the realisation that this club has been dismantled of all things that make it "club" and are in the dire shits.

1st choice Brendon Rodgers.

2nd choice Garry monk

3rd choice Garry rowett

i think ink the players have lost faith in Claudio. I think we could do with a young manager / coach new energy and ideas.

I think if (and its a big if) the owners do decide to replace Ranieri, then it needs to be someone not currently involved in the club, that rules Shakespeare out. Hiddink as  temp until the end of the season and then we re assess.

Give it Shakey.

It's his time to stand up and lead.

If he has been marginalised by Claudio he could possibly claim constructive dismissal

If he hasn't been, what's he playing at? Needs to share the blame.

Jorge Sampaoli, long term.

so lets just stick with Claudio even if its not working because he brought us the Premier league title!

or

Let's get a new manager in with fresh ideas and a fresh approach that the players can get on board with!

On paper you could argue that hull and swansea's managerial choices weren't proven managers, it was a punt and it's paid off. There's good managers out there who will want the chance to prove themselves in the premier league. Warburton and Rowett are good examples of these.

I have no confidence that we have anyone lined up or even considered though, we had to wait for Ranieri to announce his interest to appoint him.
