Guest CityFan 06 Posted 3 March 2017 Posted 3 March 2017 Wouldn't necessarily be my first choice but at club level Hodgson has done well. Just like anyone, willing to give him a chance.

cheshamfox17 Posted 3 March 2017 Posted 3 March 2017 He would be my second choice after Shakey on the condition that he had a contract to the end of the season and got a big fat golden handshake if he kept us up then he was replaced by a coach who is younger and more forward thinking e.g. Gary Rowett (just an example.) Roy went into Fulham and WBA when they were at a low ebb and made them stable.

Mancini was apparently very aloof at City and cold with the players he eventually left because he alienated himself from the players, I think this would work well at some clubs but not here

mozartfox Posted 3 March 2017 Posted 3 March 2017 Have so many people on here ever agreed about something so strongly before? Astonishing.
NotTheMarketLeader Posted 3 March 2017 Posted 3 March 2017 Can't we get the results of this survey delivered to Mr Vic via helicopter pronto. It could make all the difference for him to understand what a shocking and unpopular move this would be. 93% AGAINST!!! And I thought 93% of you were all tossers; it seems I had all arse about face.

murphy Posted 3 March 2017 Posted 3 March 2017 This is FT however and it is entirely possible that 93% of us are wrong as usual.

If he's really the blueprint for what we want, why not pick an articulate fan off the street and get the job done a lot cheaper? Couldn't agree more. He got the England job because he's a yes man. The FA love that in an England manager.

Perhaps explains why we've been so disappointing since such a pronounced "no bullshit" individual won us the world Cup
RODNEY FERNIO Posted 3 March 2017 Posted 3 March 2017 I'd rather have Danny Mills and Chris Sutton jointly manage the club.

I'm sure there will be later tonight maybe on a listen again thing. What was said? I'm glad it's 'out there' publicly. I just hope the club monitor this site (I think it's been mention in the past they do, I should think they do) and it doesn't fall on deaf ears, the outrage on here must hit home to them surely.

Woy to leicester Is one of the topics on the darren fletcher/jermaine jenas phone In - when Introducing It they mentioned the result of the poll on the foxestalk fans forum, and wondered whether the 93% also didnt want claudio appointed. Also apparantly theyve tried to get fans happy with the potential appointment on the show but they found 2 and they declined to go on - didnt want to go public? Wonder If Its anyone on here !!!
bridport007 Posted 3 March 2017 Posted 3 March 2017 Did you notice that when the presenter said..."Leicester fans. Is Roy Hodgson the man to take Leicester forward?" he started giggling.

I'd say alot more than 7.27% accepted Ranieri. For me, I wasn't keen on the idea of Ranieri, I hold my hands up but I wasn't dead against it like I am Woy Fucking Hodgson. And i'll be honest of two of my main reasons for not being keen on Ranieri was his age and that I was pissed off about and mourning the sacking of Pearson! As for no-one wanting to go public supporting him Radio Leicester had the same problems last night on the boot room.
