What a coincidence he'd want it placed right near the area of his ward so he can milk some brownie points at election time. Even it was constructed in or around the Belgrave Gate area, it still wouldn't change my perception of the area as bland, depressing and always been downhill.

I can't believe the **** is still in politics, the amount of scandals he's been involved in, you would have thought the voters would stop voting for him.
