Feel so comfortable with Shakespeare at the helm, evidently does a lot of preparation before games.

If you listen to what Kevin Phillips had to say you will be even more comfortable

How the hell did we end up here....???? I remember when a Gradel freekick in Milton Keynes made me happy.... This is insane!

Unbelievable! That match had everything, the performance was amazing, the atmosphere was incredible.

What a night, my throat hurts, my knee hurts, my head is throbbing but I don't fvcking care.

This story just continues to get better, this team continues to amaze us.

Every player deserves 10/10 tonight, the back five though especially were immense.

Wow!

Just wrote a short programme to search the English language for superlatives that matched our performance...It said "Que?"

I love that a guy Aston Villa didn't want has scored two massive goals for us in the CL while Villa shit the bed in the championship.

Don't forget the premier league winners medal lol

Remember that guy who convinced his chairman to turn down our larger offer for him, as he only wanted to go to Villa? I can't even remember his name now which says it all....

He hasn't put a foot wrong for me yet. Speaks well, says the right things, passionate, calm, considered. I've been massively impressed with him so far.

Can't remember it either, but it is just funny thinking of it... also that steering wheel turned us down haven't heard of him since. Albrighton must be bloody delighted villa released him now haha

A beautiful, beautiful evening.

I was nearly in tears at the end.

To think a few season ago we were playing Scunthorpe away at their ground, which was basically a shed. To see our club now, in the Quarter Finals of the Champions League is amazing and unbelievable.

We've all had our ups and downs this season, some of us on here may have disagreed and argued over certain things. But tonight, we stood together and we saw one of the greatest moments in our clubs history.

Enjoy the evening everyone, lets not wake up from this dream yet.

I know it is early but I honestly can't see the mentality of the players and performances dropping, this is like the survival run and title win. We know they can keep it up that is for sure, it would be difficult the owners not to offer it him full time if this does continue

Honored to have witnessed that performance.

Same.

performance. Effort. Atmosphere. Penalty save. Albrightons goal in front of the kop (first CL goal at kop end). Nasri red. Lsf. Union fs banners. Should have scored more

Stay classy mate.

I'm not sure what you mean? Classy? What I'm saying is if Uncle Claudio hadn't reverted to type and 'tinkered' he'd be managing the team now and the sentimentalists  who choose to ignore his managerial shortcomings and choose to eulogise his memory and input to winning the PL would realise that his demise was of his own making. The king is dead - long live the king
