indierich06 Posted 17 March 2017 Posted 17 March 2017 Jesus. We could actually win this. It's a slim chance, but we could actually do it. Will have to fight like warriors in the first leg and try to keep it alive for the second, like with Sevilla. And if we do make it through to the semis, two out of Barcelona, Madrid, Juve and Bayern will be gone! Huge.

Callabinho Posted 17 March 2017 Posted 17 March 2017 Over two legs? Absolutely we can do them.....interesting side because they're not your traditional Spanish side, like us there a bit full on...however they could quite possibly play into our hands....bring it on!

nnfox Posted 17 March 2017 Posted 17 March 2017 Atletico play sevilla this weekend. Will be interesting to see how that goes.
lcfcsnow Posted 17 March 2017 Posted 17 March 2017 It's going to be tough out there, this team really does reflect their manager... if Vardy comes out of the first leg without a yellow it'll be a miracle as if he doesn't he would miss the second leg due to the booking last match. Simeone will know that and given how snide he is along with his touchline antics he'll be out to make it happen.
Wolfox Posted 17 March 2017 Posted 17 March 2017 Come on... i was there.... I remember... I want revenge (and a semi final spot)
ultrafox Posted 17 March 2017 Posted 17 March 2017 Interestingly Atletico play Sevilla this Sunday (19 March). That's a match to keep an eye on.
Mezeker Posted 17 March 2017 Posted 17 March 2017 If only the transfer windows was still open (insert ninja face)

All the potential opposition coaches would have sussed this - it even occurred to me ! tbh, I cant see how he will avoid a yellow out there - one of his standard challenges will result in uproar from the crowd and a card.
adejo92 Posted 17 March 2017 Posted 17 March 2017 Gutted we are away first as i can't have that one off work! Still, good tie for the club and i will certainly be going to the home leg.

LittlethorpeFox Posted 17 March 2017 Posted 17 March 2017 I am struggling for time off the week, have done 3 days for all the other games. Out of interest has anybody been on the flights put on by the club before and do they come back immediately after the game as I may be able to wangle a single day off!! Any advice appreciated!! thanks
Ian Nacho Posted 17 March 2017 Posted 17 March 2017 I think this the best draw we could have got, a big team which isn't doing so well in the league, 5 points behind Sevilla.
ealingfox Posted 17 March 2017 Posted 17 March 2017 Tifo should be Garry Parker, Ian Marshall and Muzzy Izzet holding aloft the severed heads of Remi Harrel, Luis Aragones and Simeone.
