Can only go off what is being reported, authorities are say a device was planted on the corner, and somehow detonated, like I say, can only go on what authorities tell us

I can see nothing that states there was a controlled and planted explosion, but if that is indeed what is being reported then it's a very odd one.

Not sure yet. Die Bild is saying devices were left alongside the road, but it appears mainly to be speculating rather than having actual information

Watched a report from the spokesman for Dortmund, what he was saying, there was talk of the game still going ahead, but I guess on the advice of the security services, and the fact two players was injured, the game was called off.

With the previous attacks in Germany, and the two latest attacks, and the suicide bomber at the France game, I suppose it's the first think that comes to mind.

i hope everyone is safe, but it might be something or nothing, but they don't normally abandon games for little or no reason

I think given how shaken the Dortmund players are going to be it would make sense for the game to be called off too. It is very easy to jump to the obvious conclusion, but this doesn't read like such - not until more compelling evidence presents itself either way.

Local police confirmed it was explosive devices - clearly not particularly complex or powerful.  Nevertheless, Dortmund are at a disadvantage tomorrow as they are unlikely to sleep too well tonight.

For certain religions, it can effect the care the patient receives. A Jehovah's Witness, for example will refuse any type of blood product. Knowing this beforehand can save a lot of time..

Marc Bartra has suffered a fractured radius and various remains of the explosives have pierced through the skin of his arm. He is being operated on right now.

 

Three explosives were found, one minor set did not detonate. Police forces also discovered a letter from somebody claiming responsibility for the attack.

Spanish press reporting Bartra was released from hospital and is now home!
