Let's hope it's not one of those that will be a few weeks, he's been immense.

But happy to have a resurgent Benalouane back and also Huth returning from suspension as well.

Put him on ice, I wouldn't imagine we will see him again this season.

Excellent again tonight. Hopefully comes back bigger and stronger next season.

we have huth+benny as an equally good plan b, and apparently a fuchs+chilwell plan c now too if we're desperate! all well and good

Let's see how grave it is based on the club's assessment tomorrow or on Thursday. We've got a week to recover for the Arsenal match and even if he won't make it back for another couple of matches, it was the only option to play him tonight against Atlético. Shakespeare obviously doesn't trust Amartey as centre-back (that much) and having the captain on the pitch can make a whole world of difference, even if he's just 90% fit.

Speedy recovery, Wes.

It's not his hamstring because he was stretching his leg out as you would when you have cramp, which can be explained in him not playing 90 minutes of football in a while. If it was a hamstring injury do you think he'd be able to walk around the pitch applauding the fans afterwards? I think not.

There's no short cuts that I know of with hamstring injuries.
