Got this fear we might end up selling Mahrez for less than we pay for Sigurdsson.

 

Which would be an outrage as far as I'm concerned. Given Mahrez being almost 2 years younger and having silky silky skills. 

 

That said, Sigurdsson is a more consistent performer week in week out than Riyad, though Riyad is capable of brilliance the Icelander cannot reach.

Mata 6 goals 3 assists 

Sigurdsson 9 goals 13 assists

 

i think Sigurdsson is a actually a better all round player than Mata, especially in the last year or 2

He's not worth 40m Imo  and if Swansea are prepared to play hardball with him, so should we with Marhez. Same with buy out clause with Iheanacho, if you bow down to big clubs and act like a little club, don't be surprised if you remain a little club. We don't need either of these two players that bad that we have to prostitute ourselves.
