played better after the goal. Don't imagine they'll come out for the second half.

Sounds like our centre halves are dragging this team up to 2nd place. Best defensive record and they've scored just under 40% of our goals between them.

Sam Hughes and George Thomas in particular have made a massive difference to this side and will play for the first team.

 

The other 'lads' are maturing really well. The penny is dropping for them and they are responding with confidence.

We've won 10 of the 16 I think, so not bad at all

Liverpool won a lot that's why they're still ahead :unsure:

 

Apparently we've scored the same number of goals at this point last season (were second from bottom) as this season (now second from top)... huge decrease in goals conceded makes the difference

Thomas, Eppiah, Hughes, Ndukwu, Choudhury are the better ones
