You can't hold on to every player on the chance they may improve and we regret it. I've seen enough to say "get your money back" if there is a chance to do so. It's great business when you can get your money back on a flop, his touch isn't going to improve all of a sudden. I wonder if Everton are interested after his two goals up there and Walsh being a fan?

I agree with this, I don't think he's as bad as people make out. He's still adjusting! Give him a 12 month loan tho as playing week in week out in the championship will improve him loads. Charge Hull a £3M loan fee & at the end we could be laughing.

I'm usually really optimistic with players and keen for them to be given a (second or third even) chance but in this case id just get rid.

So you would do that over recouping the out outlay on him?
