Busy Christmas - 4 games in 213 hours

Seems like we’ve got the busiest Christmas period.

If my maths is right 213 hours is less than 9 days so we’ll have a game every 2 or 3 days ...

 

Man Utd, Watford, Liverpool and Huddersfield all within 9 day period.

Not so long back 2011 I played Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the start of the season due to mid week games wasn't fit but managed 90 minutes in each fixture legs didn t feel right on the Sunday though!

Does anyone know if Silva is eligible for Huddersfield (1st Jan)?

 

I've read on here that he is not but I can't see why that would be?

He isn’t apparently because he would need to be registered the day before, which can’t happen for whatever reason

Bollocks, we play way too many games in this country. The fact we dont have a winter break is detrimental to player fitness simple as that.

Fixtures do not matter. The whole structure at the FA and how they manage youth teams are the problem.
