Would be alright there imo. We'd be stuck with Ulloa though which would not be ideal.

Why would we? We’re not obliged to have a big useless lump in our squad ya know lol

Who are we going to nob the ball at if we need a late winner lol

They'll be bitterly disappointed if they buy him as a target man. He is awful at holding up the ball, has the first touch of a sunday league player and very rarely wins aerial battles. Whoops I mean he's great, better than Crouch and Carroll for sure!!

Sensible move, they need a target man and Slim is unfortunately surplus to requirements here.

I like Slim and thought he'd turned the corner in the Huddersfield game, but he was desperately poor in the Fleetwood games.

We'll rip Chelsea off with a loan fee which is always good for a laugh.

Reeks of desperation from Chelsea though !!!

Poor in the Fleetwood games with what service? lol

What service is he gonna get with his back to goal constantly?

He can play target man quite easily did well at Sporting doing it... but still the bloke needs service and he didnt get it in any of the games. Hes a easy scape goat for some.

Iheanacho was playing too but actually made some movement to receive the ball

Everyone was laughing at West Ham for doing this exact thing 2 summers ago. WTF are chelsea up to?

Maybe someone's pretending to be Conte on WhatsApp

Ambromovich wants English players for the squad but doesn’t want to spend big until his new manager arrives in the summer.

We're theoretically able to catch Chelsea, even if it's a massive ask at this point. Why the hell would we loan them one of our players, fringe or not, to help them consolidate a spot we probably won't get but still want?

Selling is one thing - it's a final thing - but if you're on loan, you have to be able to go back to the parent club at a moment's notice if required. We could do without any split loyalties if there's an outside chance of top 4 at their expense, as farfetched as that scenario may be.

Behave, even if we won our last 14 games we'd still be 50/50 at best on catching Chelsea.

What is it with our fans thinking after a win we'll be getting into the top six?

I think that's being pretty harsh on Sunday league players.
