Only thing that makes sense with this and the Crouch and Carroll rumours is Conte trying to make a statement to his board.

Hasn't Conte openly admitted he's just the coach and has very little influence in which players are brought into the club?

With time and decent service Slim will be a success in the Premier League

I personally think if he played week in, week out he will get 20+ a season

Islam Slimani could also be leaving Leicester today, but understand he picked up a thigh injury in training and set to be out for 2 weeks. West Ham and Newcastle interested but Leicester would prefer to sell rather than loan him out.Ulloa and Musa already loaned out. #DeadlineDay

Anyone starting to think we a bit light up front now especially if Mahrez goes too

We must surely have someone coming in in the attacking areas. Losing Mahrez, Slim, Musa, Ulloa is a lot of people to leave the squad. Can't chuck Barnes in surely, he's looked out of his depth against lower league teams in the cup.

I don't think we will bring another striker in, I Think Puel is happy Diabate, Iheanacho and Shinjinho as backup for vardy. We are only playing 1 up front recently too so no need for the backup that Shakespeare had when playing a front 2 more often.

Not having a plan b with two up top and only 3 available strikers would be suicidal

If Vardy got injured we'd be screwed

Fair point, I'm not against Bringing a striker in, if it was me Id be looking at another Target man, but maybe Puel is against that type of player, it certainly seems it with Slim and Leo going out.
