Stevosevic Posted 14 February 2018 Author Posted 14 February 2018 (edited) I Don't think anyone really knows what our best 11 is so changes doesn't necessarily mean weaker Edited 14 February 2018 by Stevosevic 2

I''m not sure its decided on by fans or Puel, so whatever mid field he picks will be a competitive one I believe I think he'll give Silva and Iborra another run out together.

HighPeakFox Posted 14 February 2018 Posted 14 February 2018 I always want to see Iborra play. Must be my most irrational response to team selection, but I just think he has class. 3

We can't be putting out the likes of Benny, Barnes and (unfit?) Huth or it'll be another year of dying wonderin' I've been a big supporter of Puel playing less than full strength sides in the previous rounds mainly because of the fixture congestion and that it was worth the extra risk of getting knocked out early to give the squad players an opportunity. If he picks a severely weakened side and we don't qualify then he will deserve all the criticism. We're a Championship side at home from being in the QF and PL safety is all but assured, getting knocked out now due to complacency and underestimating the opposition would be a crime. I don't mind if we don't play our best XI but the team should consist of players who could easily get in our best XI on any given day. So no reserve GK, Benalouane or Barnes please. 5
Md9 Posted 14 February 2018 Posted 14 February 2018 Don't know if been mentioned before sorry but has amartey been injured. I thought he had been playing well. Think gray will start and diabate. He may play nacho up top alone again, would like to see him and vardy again.

Reg Vardy Posted 14 February 2018 Posted 14 February 2018 Mahrez will surely start? Ideal Friday night so limited press coverage next day, not on telly, ensuring he gets a Pretty low profile 90 minutes

He’s a leader of men and has all the attributes a club captain should have.... fair, even tempered, loyal? If this were to happen (and I do understand it’s not impossible) we may as well chuck it in. The game / club will have totally lost sight of the values of the sport, and it’s value as a team game. Deary me; yes let’s reward bad behaviour....that makes sense. Even I'm right with you on this one. It's not like we can't find plenty to argue about without this blatant trolling. I'd give it any other player in the squad, including Benny, before I would let Riyad touch the armband. 1

TheLittleBigMan Posted 15 February 2018 Posted 15 February 2018 We will win this easily. 3-1 Up the foxes
Dan Posted 15 February 2018 Posted 15 February 2018 Our fixture schedule seriously doesn't need us to have to focus on either the cup of league. We've got something to play for in both. 2

I hope he starts Kasper, Riyad and Vardy and a proper back four of Simpson, Dragovic, Maguire and Fuchs. Anything he chooses around that base would do for me. This is no time for risks, especially as the club needs a result to get out of our recent mini-slump. 1

Nigel Graham Pearson Posted 15 February 2018 Posted 15 February 2018 No chance Puel is daft enough to put out a weakened side for the sake of giving players game time. We might not see a no-shit best XI (what even is our best XI?) but I’m sure he’ll at the least set us up strongly. I’ll be very surprised if more than 1 out of Vardy, Mahrez, Ndidi, Drago, Maguire (i.e our best players at the moment) aren’t playing. Hope to see Diabaté and Silva too, as well as Nacho if he can be crammed in.
420Hashish Posted 15 February 2018 Posted 15 February 2018 Probably same side that played at Peterborough
Stevosevic Posted 15 February 2018 Author Posted 15 February 2018 Kasper Simpson Maguire Morgan Fuchs Silva Iborra Mahrez Nacho Diabate Vardy
