Bazly Posted 31 March 2018 Posted 31 March 2018 (edited) I cannot remember a throw in where we retained possession. Even beyond this game. We'd be better letting the oppos take the throw in. Edited 31 March 2018 by Bazly
Phube Posted 31 March 2018 Posted 31 March 2018 Funny thing is it’s the players who have been called for recently who are performing badly... Iborra and Okazaki especially!

They are the ones who can move it with commitment. Sorry but this aint Puel, but lack of basics and ingame intention. we have no play Maler, nobody who From midfield commands and wants the ball. Ndidi runs around defending,he cant read an opening,Iborra is an Holding midfielder, creative with a driving consistency he aint..so far!! Albrighton seems the only player we have, who can at least think in the ball, but he cant make others make the runs Like they should. If Silva isnt eventually the future to that answer.....we are fked. We need a play Maker, then ndidi/Iborra can be the engine room. Nah. We played some really good football when Puel first arrived. We know what the players we have are capable of. A decent manager could get this team playing a lot better than this. I believe Puel wants the team to do something they're not able to, and I don't think they back him. Even if the players suited his style, I don't think it would make for good entertainment. I just can't see us improving under him at all. Maybe a transfer window or two might help, but I'm not going to hold my breath. 1
lgfualol Posted 31 March 2018 Posted 31 March 2018 (edited) We desperately need fewer "basic" players. Edited 31 March 2018 by lgfualol
Beechey Posted 31 March 2018 Posted 31 March 2018 (edited) Simpson has been dire, getting no help from Mahrez though Edited 31 March 2018 by Beechey
HankMarvin Posted 31 March 2018 Posted 31 March 2018 Good news is with have more possession bad news is we’ve turned into a team of crabs 1

Bazly Posted 31 March 2018 Posted 31 March 2018 This is really poor play. Will there be 11 finishing today?
Babylon Posted 31 March 2018 Posted 31 March 2018 Be amazed if we finish with 11 the way this ref is dishing out yellows to us.
The Guvnor Posted 31 March 2018 Posted 31 March 2018 Not our greatest performance, so much for the 8 match mini league and the push for sixth

Bazly Posted 31 March 2018 Posted 31 March 2018 40 minutes left - its the kind of game you just don't want to end.

Babylon Posted 31 March 2018 Posted 31 March 2018 I think Maguire would be more adventurous in the middle than our CM's. 1
Beechey Posted 31 March 2018 Posted 31 March 2018 4 more yellows and we'll have one for every outfield player
MC Prussian Posted 31 March 2018 Posted 31 March 2018 (edited) How many yellow cards do we want to concede today? Morgan, Ndidi, Simpson, Maguire, Chilwell. Iborra, fancy one, too? Edited 31 March 2018 by MC Prussian
