He'll be at least 32 before he's back to full fitness and ready for Champions League football.

Exactly, and he'll have retired by the time he works his way back up.  Not that I'm saying he's good enough for European competitions (very hit and miss player) but it's a now or never thing for him.

Looks like he may be off to West Ham. I wonder if we will make an offer, could do with with some creativity!

I have been convinced throughout that he would end up coming to us because of the Puel links. We will see!

West Ham will be a force next year if their squad can click together well, either that or massive failure lol I don’t see a middle ground for them.

I agree we have had the opportunities to get Anderson or either yarmelenko and didn't bother. I think they are going to do very well

Surely this should be an option for us considering all the filth we've been linked with in the last few days.

I'm not a great advocate in signing Ben Arfa but he's a much cheaper option than buying some other shitehawk who isn't good enough for a big cash investment.

So we should base our transfer policy on who is the cheaper option? What could possibly go wrong with that?

Haha, so many desperate on here to sign him, the fact he's going to Rayo Vallecano tells you all you need to know.
