Ugh, I'd love Lozano here. Would be superb with Vardy. Charging around full tilt both kicking defenders. Fab.

I'd love Lozano's hair. Each to their own.

Patiently waiting for Joachim Low to pick his arse and sniff it.

[StanSP]

every game needs to start (and go on like this) for the whole tournament. Very open!

[Max Wall]

Germany must be a joy to support. Always look so assured right from the off. They could yet still lose this game of course but they rarely mess up group qualification.

They're lucky they have Marcel Brands now.

You believe too many transfer rumours tbf Stan.

Absolutely no chance Lozano has decided his future already. Why would you agree to go to a mid table team BEFORE a major tournament when you're set to be one of your country's stars?

He turns out here, he will have much better suiters with or without Brands.

Deliberate handball, squared up to the ref, no booking.

Listening to Phil Neville is actually making me want to hear more from Jonathan Pearce, that's how bad it is.

[spacemunky]

End to end. Good stuff!

[StanSP]

Hernandez should have bbeen played in there much quicker.

[Vacamion]

It can't carry on with this level of furious effort.

Loving it.

[Max Wall]

Sounds a fantastic atmosphere.

[Jaspa]

So much play acting and engineering of fouls in this Tournament, been a real theme of the weekend

[Vacamion]

PUTO!

[StanSP]

Mexico counter-attacking like we used to do but with less of an end product

[Vacamion]

Mexico struggling with end product.

[lestajigs]

How much water do they put on the pitches, it ruins the game, everyone slipping

So... no end product, then...

Mexico shading this for me atm but doing a passable impersonation of Peru when they get to the final ⅓.

Mexico always seem to flatter to deceive. Very good footballers but never seem to go deep into tournaments. You may well have hit the nail on the head there.
