trabuch Posted 6 November 2018 Posted 6 November 2018 2-1 spurs. That will keep Spuds hopes up. I just hope Barca pick a decent team against them.

Stadt Posted 7 November 2018 Posted 7 November 2018 This should be the best CL in years (aside from our run), Real definitely aren't winning it for one, Barca and Bayern aren't at their best and there's scandal around Man City and Juve. Atletico to break their duck
BoyJones Posted 7 November 2018 Posted 7 November 2018 My worry is Liverpool and the Spuds are gonna mess up England's co-efficient before we get back in the Champions league to put it right.

A draw isn't a bad result for United tonight and even if they had to win, Jose would still be looking for a tight one nil. The bus, the jet, the staff, the cleaner, the kit man, the doctor, the physio and Woodwood are all going to be joining the United eleven in their six yard box. I'll probably still be an idiot and watch it but let's be honest, it's gonna be dull af and Juve will probably edge it with a single goal again.
SAFC1 Posted 7 November 2018 Posted 7 November 2018 Valencia and Roma both lead 1-0 in the early kick offs.
Dan Posted 7 November 2018 Posted 7 November 2018 It's plausible that Man City are the only English side who get into the last 16. That'd be an appalling collective effort.
The Guvnor Posted 7 November 2018 Posted 7 November 2018 Can see United being given a lesson tonight.
spacemunky Posted 7 November 2018 Posted 7 November 2018 I'll take the 4 Juve defenders on the bench as my starting back four.
Guest Col city fan Posted 7 November 2018 Posted 7 November 2018 Ramos up to his usual tricks again the dirty fookin thug
irishfoxkev Posted 7 November 2018 Posted 7 November 2018 Omg Raheem Sterling ......kicks the ground falls over and gets peno...interesting to see Jesus take this one not Mahrez and scires

Finnegan Posted 7 November 2018 Posted 7 November 2018 When I'm president of fifa, I'm inviting a heavyweight boxer to every match. The higher profile the game, the bigger the boxer. Any time a player gets touched somewhere near the face and goes down holding it, acting like he's been decked, the boxer gets to watch a replay on the touchline on one of those VAR monitors. Any time he thinks the player has exaggerated contact, he's allowed to summon the player over while play goes on and the player has to stand still with his arms down while the boxer leathers him full tilt in the dish. He's allowed to take a red card and five match suspension if he'd rather not die.
Dan Posted 7 November 2018 Posted 7 November 2018 How on earth have the officials behind the goal missed that? Embarrassing. How do people so confidently rule out match fixing?

Embarrassing on all fronts including sterling not admitting the trip.
FoxNotFox Posted 7 November 2018 Posted 7 November 2018 Well it looked like a dive to me. Sure, Sterling kicked the ground (either accidentally or otherwise, call it as you saw it) but then he went over like the proverbial sack of spuds. Maybe he thought he was clipped and fell but either way, he went to ground.
