The general consensus was that we played well against Valencia with a number of players impressing. Given that it's the last friendly I expect the starting lineup will be the same as the one that plays against Manchester United unless we make some last minute signings, so for that reason alone the match is interesting. Remember it's streamed for free on LCFC TV so we can all see it and praise / abuse the team on these very boards. I feel he's done more coming forward than Ben Chilwell has during pre-season, so would be interesting to see what he can do defensively.

Quality is pretty shocking and surprised they haven’t sorted this out by now. There must be loads of options these days. Also, why on earth the region lock? 1

Even if it's a friendly game you probably have to have deals with local partners. I don't think it's something that is as easy to solve as it might seem. The quality issue is shocking though, bedroom streamers have better quality! All the U23 games are going to be live on LCFC TV this year though, which is pretty cool.

Yes I like the sentiment but the execution is poor. It was much better before LCFCTV came in. The old app was much more reliable and better quality though it did cost a few quid a year. I’d much rather pay and get a decent service.

l444ry Posted 3 August 2018 Posted 3 August 2018 Dreading it myself. Can't understand what they thought they'd get out of this pre season. Too many players used in too few games. Too many not even participated until too late. Nowhere near ready for this season in my opinion.
