It looks like a fair few are in London. Possibly travelling from there tomorrow as flight charters can be tricky this time of year

Isnt Lille as quick to London by Eurostar as Leicester/London? Why would anyone fly?

Could we maybe see a Vardy cameo?

I'm not too sure that we will see a near first team today, I think it may be all reserves. or one of those games where they completely change the team at half time.

Also not available outside the uk or Thailand, though I have been watching via a VPN. Quality is pretty shocking and surprised they haven’t sorted this out by now. There must be loads of options these days. Also, why on earth the region lock?

I do not understand the region lock either for friendlies.   I would pay to view if I could and suspect others overseas would do same.  The only Godsend is Radio Leicester has a regional lock to.

Beautiful day in Lille. Loads of City fans here already. Only spoiled by the fact the late kick off means we have to leave halfway through the second half to catch the Eurostar. Great planning by the club.

Unless he is flying direct from the. Maldives I doubt it doesn't report back until about Tuesday.

I want to see Elder start at left back. We need to see what he can do in his position.

I'd agree if it wasn't the last friendly.

I'd want to see the intended starting eleven for Old Trafford playing 60 minutes here now. We've had time to play Elder, we need to go in to the last game of the season showing some consistency.

Hope Gray is able to play.

Kasper

Ricardo

Morgan

Johnson

Chilwell

ndidi

iborra

gray

maddison

albrighton

iheanacho

id imagine it will be something like this next week so I’d start it today, hopefully Maguire will come in. Would rather give Johnson a go then play Benny. I can never decide between Fuchs and Chilwell but I reckon he’ll go with Chilwell.

Didnt someone suggest there would be a couple of closed door friendlies or did I dream it?

Not sure I see Choudhury and Ndidi as a pair whilst it would be very industrious which of them is actually going to get his foot on the ball and look up to control the tempo, style & give that calmness in the middle, I already see the replays who else have we got that does that but again it's opinions and this is mine.

I'm not knocking either as both buzz about affectingly and in time Choudhury will grow into that role maybe but at the minute it's 1 or the other for me.

Then out of Silva and Iborra, Silva gets my vote and I think we will see more of what he can do this season. I thought he was cracking v Valencia he seemed to be everywhere and really comfortable on the ball, yes a few passes missed their targets a few down to him and a few down to the target not being on the same wavelength. I also think playing him with Maddison just in front will bring the best out of each other and can see some tidy play between them along with a few tricks  and hopefully developing a telepathic understanding.

Just to finish off Iborra has his uses he was probably better at defending and attacking corners than anyone last season, hopefully Maguire has that this season but last there were several games where he saved us or and the 1 that springs to mind is Stoke he was clearing every single corner they had the ball never got past him on the front post then he gets injured goes off they bring on the crane who then scores from the next corner and the game ends up a draw after we were dominating.

Just book one mate, travel agent allows you to book 3 weeks off just like they have for Vardy and his family.

Does everyone else have to keep the stream small because it goes to shit when full-screen? Works a lot better on my phone than laptop tbh..

Beautiful day. However, there are about 10 police vans lining up outside the square and the policemen are clearly ready to pounce. ITS A FUCHING FRIENDLY. Police abroad?

Yeah view it on my phone too, because the resolution drops the pixels get stretched to fill the screen. If you hold your phone about 5 inches from your face its like watching a 60inch tv anyway ?

Vardy (and Maguire) won‘t be back for training before Monday, so... No.

Blame it on their experience with football hooligans 20 years ago and the constant threat by potential terrorist attacks.

And Belgium‘s just around the corner...

Eh?

Kick-off time was announced well in advance. Blame it on your poor planning or your tight schedule. Could‘ve stayed a night for cheap and roamed the city for a while instead.

Bloody 21st century whinging.

We had already paid £170 for tickets on Eurostar when the time was changed. No refunds.

The slightly altered kick-off time (shifted from 5pm to 5.15pm BST - 6.15pm CEST) was announced as early as the 18th of July, so don‘t come moaning now.

You chose to pay for non-refundable tickets, not the club.

Could‘ve surely sold them on in time and gotten new ones, but alas...
