THe team are fully behind Puel, I think he knows Watford are a possession team so has decided with faster movement and direct style which suits us

I don't think Puel will have changed too much, he's not someone who strikes me as open to other ideas. I'm guessing it's a case of Watford playing into our hands with them pushing up, and dominating possession it gives us less chance to pass the ball sideways so we make the incisive passes. 

 

If Puel wants to play his possession crap, he should have had a creative midfielder top of his summer wishlist because none of these players bar Albrighton and maddison have a defence splitting pass in them.

Really living up to your name - I don’t think maintaining possession is a problem!

I'm sorry but that is pretty ridiculous. That's as good as saying it's Puel's fault when we don't win yet it's nothing to do with him if we do. I just don't agree with that.

They're not really a possession team, their success earlier in the season was a direct countering 442
