Dahnsouff Posted 15 January 2019 Posted 15 January 2019 Everyone (Apparently) is sick of this damn "Frenchie" not progressing our great club, dragging CITY into the gutter and then giving it a damn good kicing for good measure! To that, we all say Sacre Bleu! No more with your "yoof" and "build up" nonsense. Its to go back to good ol' fashioned counter attacking, christ, we should go for rush goalies like in the old days! So, to solve our current problems we should introduce the future, its called MANAGERIAL IDOL! After every game, the current manager is compared and contrasted to every other known manager in the known the UNIVERSE, and if our current manager looks not as good as any of them, then he/she is for the heave ho! We then pick the most fancied of the universes managers and stick them in the ivory tower next door to rudders. This gives us a dynamic managerial approach which will surely see us climb to at least 7th in the table. What says you all! Its time for the future! Surely we can setup a poll for this right?

foxinsocks Posted 16 January 2019 Posted 16 January 2019 We could have a big ladder where possible managers inc puel are nudged up and down by hourly X v Y votes on ft. (Winner goes above the loser). We have to parse the ladder at least a number times greater or equal to the number of rungs. Afer a few months we have the "ladder of desire" or earlier if a parse caises no movements. Then we assign each canidate a score of s= n +1 -p where n is the numver if rungs and p is the position. We then have a vote on each candidate to score their employability (chancebof emplyo g them) and we then mumtiply each managers score s by this employability to leave the total ranking if each candidate.
