Royston are in our league. They remind me a lot of Stoke under Pulis or Atletico under Simeone. Incredibly well organised team that are really hard to play against. Their defensive players are fantastic. They're always a danger from set pieces and on the counter attack. Given what they've already done, I wouldn't even be shocked if they made it to Wembley

Coalville generally play a 3 4 1 2 and they absolutely murdered us on the wings when they broke. Really hope they can get to Wembley, have a lot of respect for them. spacemunky Posted 16 February 2020 Share Posted 16 February 2020 Certainly had hoped for better than a point at home vs Woking. Seems teams often end droughts against us. They hadn't picked up any away points since November, until today. Missed penalty call didn't help either. Next 3 matches are away.

Corky Posted 29 February 2020 Share Posted 29 February 2020 Another weekend of awful weather and more games postponed and still the backwards thinking associations don't believe in 3G pitches. Yeah, why not have a pitch that's playable in worse weather when you can pile matches up at the end of the season?

Anyway step 4 Halesowen beat Barnet in the Trophy today, that’s the third Conference team they’ve beat. Now into the semi finals.

Sutton would've been denied promotion to the Football League and then demoted further if they'd not replaced their pitch with a grass one. Hardly an incentive to purchase. Gary Eatfood Posted 2 March 2020 Share Posted 2 March 2020 No Leicester game until Monday so if you're looking for a football fix this weekend, get yourselves down to Owen Street. Another important game in the quest for a play-off berth. (weather permitting).

Leicesterpool Posted 2 March 2020 Share Posted 2 March 2020 Was going to watch Atherstone Town play Cossett in the Fa Vase quarter finals on saturday, for what would have been there biggest game in a long time. Never been Atherstone's ground dispite only being like 6 miles away. Sadly the game fell to weather which is a shame as they would have got an huge crowd if they played this on a saturday compared to a midweek game. Went to watch WBA v Wigan instead.
