Danny Rohl....we've really missed a trick on him. He's a really good in-game manager. Seems to really tweak tactics and get it right more often than not at HT or subs.

Only seen Kasper play twice this season, today and against Scotland for Denmark and he's looked done on both occasions.

He just walked off to the tunnel after Rohl acknowledged him, even the security guard didn't look in his direction. He's getting sacked soon
