FantasticMrFox&Son Posted 23 February 2020 Posted 23 February 2020 HOME Villa Brighton Palace Sheff Utd Man Utd AWAY Norwich Watford Everton Arsenal Bournemouth Spurs I'll settle for 20, giving us a total of 70. Should be enough for Champions League. What do you reckon ?

MGLCFC Posted 23 February 2020 Posted 23 February 2020 15 and that will be enough. Man U and the chasing pack won't accumulate 25 more points from 11 games IMO

FantasticMrFox&Son Posted 23 February 2020 Author Posted 23 February 2020 Looking at the chasers fixture list, 64 points SHOULD be enough for 4th place, I'd prefer 3rd. 6 wins and a couple of draws is my 20 points.

Last game of the season and we're hanging onto 4th place, 2 points ahead of Man Utd. It's 0-0 in the 95th minute and Maguire heads in the winner from a corner and reveals a t-shirt saying "Who's laughing now?"

Still ok though as 5th place will be Champions League this year after the Oil Cheats ban is upheld,
boots60 Posted 23 February 2020 Posted 23 February 2020 33 points giving us a total of 83 points. Liverpool to lose all their remaing games giving us a title winning margin of 7 points.
Fox85 Posted 23 February 2020 Posted 23 February 2020 We need atleast 70 points to finish in the champions league. Man Itd coming on strong wolves still a threat spurs still a threat chelsea have improved massivley. The last time 66 points was enough for 4th place as 15/16 season we won the league

steveherbe Posted 23 February 2020 Posted 23 February 2020 Well, the good news is, unless Norwich beat us on Friday, they can't catch us. That'll be one ticked off, 16 to go.

StanSP Posted 23 February 2020 Posted 23 February 2020 We have to be aiming to win all our home games. Should be the aim at the start of any season to be honest. As for away, I'd hope to take point(s) at Norwich, Bournemouth and Arsenal. That'd give us minimum 18 points. I'd settle for that, putting us at 68 points. Last 3 seasons, 3rd place has got 72, 77 and 78 points. This season is a bit different, mind, because of how mid- to lower-table sides have taken points off teams vying for European spots. I'd say anything between 65 & 70 points gets 3rd.

AyewJoking Posted 23 February 2020 Posted 23 February 2020 Bloody hell, should be winning all of them! If we dont ar least finish 4th it will be the biggest balls up of all time
