As I said back in the PL Fixtures thread, at least they're nowhere near as vicious as they were in our Champions League season.

 

I imagine most of the Saturday PL fixtures will be moved a day or so - the Leeds match was already shifted to Monday for TV.

Yea the worst run is probably Arsenal through to Braga away. Gonna be very tough there.

I know Arsenal usually play weaker squads in this competition but they have to travel to Austria to play Rapid Vienna on 22nd October before our game with them.

A decent schedule. Glad we start with a very winnable home fixture and I'd like to see us get qualification sewn up by game 5.

They're trialling fans back in stadiums in Portugal apparently, I wonder what the chances are of getting to that game...

I referenced this in the draw thread. But surely UEFA are having to take a “fans at all games or fans at none” approach? Otherwise some teams will be perceived to have a clear advantage. 
 

I think one thing we will see though if things haven’t eased by the QF stage is another mini tournament in a country where fans are allowed.

It's a bit of a blessing AEK won't have a full stadium for our game. 

 

Greek and Turkish stadiums have always been intimidating places to go as an away team. Their fans create wild atmospheres so I'm glad we don't have to deal with that.

UEFA are permitting 30% of fans in stadiums if local authorities allow but no away fans at all
