KFS Posted 8 November 2020 Posted 8 November 2020 Smart move. Madders was drifting. Shame about our full back injuries cos I’d be pulling JJ if we had the players

SpacedX Posted 8 November 2020 Posted 8 November 2020 The amount of times that Mendy plays us out of trouble. So confident now on the ball. Shielded the ball from his man excellently just then, before picking out exactly the right pass. So composed. 1
SouthStandUpperTier Posted 8 November 2020 Posted 8 November 2020 I'd actually quite like to see Nacho on to hold the ball up and let us get up the pitch. Getting pushed back now. 2
shen Posted 8 November 2020 Posted 8 November 2020 We're struggling playing the ball out on the left. Fuchs has been a bit wasteful and Justin isn't great on the ball today either.
Guest Cujek Posted 8 November 2020 Posted 8 November 2020 Was expecting praet to go off but i understand Madison as well
lnkstern Posted 8 November 2020 Posted 8 November 2020 Excellent, Barnes for Maddison. Good to not risk Maddison's recovery.
egg_fried_rice Posted 8 November 2020 Posted 8 November 2020 Mendy looking a complete all rounder today. Some super offensive contributions in addition to his usual defensive work.

Justin is a massive culprit for it this half. What the hell has happened to him I know he has switched sides but bloody hell

PhillippaT Posted 8 November 2020 Posted 8 November 2020 (edited) Under for Evans at some point? JJ to slot back in at RCB? Edited 8 November 2020 by PhillippaT
Shane Posted 8 November 2020 Posted 8 November 2020 Maybe move Barnes to the right? Praet to the left to help Justin track Traore. Would have liked to see Under, maybe he will come on in the last 10 minutes to stretch the Wolves defence.

StanSP Posted 8 November 2020 Author Posted 8 November 2020 We're not getting the ball any more for more than a few minutes. Just keeps going back to them. Need some control in the game.

It's put us on the back foot a few times. Not trying to be overly critical, seeing as we've been good defensively.

As time goes by, whilst there will only ever be one N'golo, I'm getting to the stage when watching Mendy that he has many of his attributes, and that whenever he is involved in the game he almost invariably does the right thing
