Family friendly event that now cannot sell shirts to under-18s with sponsor's names on.

McCullum sacked from the test side, keeps white ball coaching job.

 

Not surprised, results had gotten much worse since he took on both jobs and Bazball looking a bit redundant and found out at test level.

I think Baz & Brook are a good combination in the white ball game. Would've been a disaster at Test level, if it had happened.

I don't think Flower would go back myself, earning a wedge on the franchise circuit.

 

I'd happily take one of Trott, Fleming, Langer or Gillespie.

I'd like Flintoff to go for it at some stage but he doesn't want it yet.

Not sure on the domestic option but Dawson at Glamorgan has done a good job and should be considered.

Yeah, Dawson's done really impressive things with Glamorgan. Think they'll want a star name though.

We've played with reckless abandon since McCullum showed up and it's only ever done us any good when we've been playing on a road.

 

Wish we had a team that wanted to play with their brains engaged. It's more than possible to be attacking and aggressive without just gifting your wickets away. Granted this squad is nothing like their level but the World Cup winning team proved it.

England have their greatest ever player in this team and they consistently let him down.

 

Dread to think how bad things will have been under McCullum if Root wasn't here.

 

The fact that he's this good whilst everything around him has been on fire just shows how good he is.
