Zear0 Posted 17 March 2022 Posted 17 March 2022 Going back to the highlight of the half... The Everton fan running on to lamp him when he was detached was gold. 2

If we weren't so corrupted for the last few decades when we knew we should be planning for life beyond fossil fuels the world would be a much better place. These guys are the real patriots trying to change policies to improve the country. No. Strong disagree. No matter how noble your aims, if you inflict your views on others by disturbing the peace, you damage your cause. This guy was so self-centred, he thought 30,000 people in the ground and hundreds of thousands at home had to stop their evening and look at him. If you reward that, you give the green light for every person, with every view, to disturb everyone else. If he has strong views about something, he should run for office, stand on a box in Hyde Park or pay for advertising. 4
Arkie Bennett Posted 17 March 2022 Posted 17 March 2022 The protester went down like Richarlison after they cut him free.
Aus Fox Posted 17 March 2022 Posted 17 March 2022 Apparently the protester had been convicted already and will be ziptied to a seat in the Gwladys Street Road End and forced to sit through every Everton home game for the next 2 seasons. A little harsh if you ask me

kingkisnorbo Posted 17 March 2022 Posted 17 March 2022 How can anyone argue with that. Clear as day imo.
Jaspa Posted 17 March 2022 Posted 17 March 2022 Harsh. Wonder if Lampard will ask for an official apology again?
Zear0 Posted 17 March 2022 Posted 17 March 2022 Not sure that's a red. Either way, Allan has been pathetic on his way off.
martyn Posted 17 March 2022 Posted 17 March 2022 (edited) I think that's a harsh red. Probably one of those thats not clear and obvious to overturn. Edited 17 March 2022 by martyn
Vacamion Posted 17 March 2022 Posted 17 March 2022 If Vardy got an extra ban for protesting a red card, Allan shouldn't play for five games. 2
kingkisnorbo Posted 17 March 2022 Posted 17 March 2022 He’s off his feet with his studs up. On what grounds would that not be considered a red?
goose2010 Posted 17 March 2022 Posted 17 March 2022 Yeah that's harsh, but both feet off the floor, intent to injure ?
Apollo Posted 17 March 2022 Posted 17 March 2022 Not sure where I stand on that - it's not your typical leg breaker, but it's a dirty, cynical tackle with no attempt to play the ball. Don't think it's worth a VAR intervention personally. Allan will get another game on top of his ban for his reaction to the ref and 4th official. 1
BenTheFox Posted 17 March 2022 Posted 17 March 2022 Free-kick and a yellow card was fine. That was not a clear and obvious error.
AllGoneTitsSchlupp Posted 17 March 2022 Posted 17 March 2022 allan is a knob as well. deserves red card. never tried to win the ball. cya 1
