It's easy when you're players are so much better than anyone else's.

I agree, however she’s arguably the best female coach in Europe.

I’m surprised Emma Hayes hasn’t had a chance within the mens game.

Would be interesting to see how she does if that happened, wonder what league she’d go in

The gap between top and bottom is significantly more than the PL and I suspect it'll get worse. I doubt there's anything in there to ensure a level playing field when as a fledgling league it was the ideal opportunity.

These sort of score lines do the league no favours - the gulf in a quality is at the point where you might as well not bother with this game. Could play it 100 times over, Chelsea would win by a hatful every time. I think the same when England women destroy some no hopers 20-0, it's not good for the game at all.

Aye it's not even entertaining, I stopped watching after the 3rd not because LCFC were losing it was just a none game, totally uncompetitive and frankly boring.

I think the women's game has no option but to go through this until enough girls play the game and raise the depth in quality.

How is the women's game funded?  How do Chelsea end up with the best side? Do they just spend a lot more money than anyone else. I have no idea about women's football.

The depth will improve but the Rich 6 will hoover up the best as they do in the PL.

La Liga, Scottish Premiership, Bundasliga, Ligue 1. Premiere League all largely split between 3 teams at most.

Even in recent years, Greece, Italy, Hungary, Ukraine etc have had spells where they were as well.

The English Premier League at least has it’s “big 6”, despite its more recent dominance.

It's not just the money those Rich 6 teams have so much kudos that they will draw in the best even if the pay was all the same.

Would have preferred the teams to be independent and named differently from the PL teams.

....interesting to see what our manager chooses to do, to mitigate the score line and watch if Chelsea continues to be professional in their task!!!

There is a lot to take out of this game for the Leicester players and management.

You can't go into games against teams such as this and be on the front foot. Their are times when you need to be pragmatic and play with a low block. We just have not got the pace to trouble teams to effectively counter, but there are things Bedford could experiment with in this situation.

We bought the league last year pretty much.

Money is definitely the overriding factor, but they were one of the first 'big' clubs, along with Arsenal, to establish their women's set up early.

Womens football in this country has made some massive strides but the current set up of the top flight will not help it’s case at all. It’s effectively a league of mini divisions - dominating score lines of this nature will see the casual observer put it on their TV

They receive funding from the Chelsea mens through their football in community programme.  ie....loads of dosh from Abramovich

It’s a difficult watch this. Second to everything. We seem in awe of their players. Need to get stuck in.

.....we tend to be the same against most teams!!!

Getting stuck in is not what we do, coming up against teams like Chelsea and score lines such as this, should be no surprise to anyone.
