Still can’t get over this lol would’ve been funnier if he was called Dave or something.

It's the strangest thing I've ever seen. I saw a picture of his shirt saying BRERETON DIAZ and I genuinely thought it was someone who had the same surname, but with South American heritage lol

Fair play to him, from Forest to a team mate of Arturo Vidal and Alexis Sanchez lol

Hello,

I am currently studying for my MSc in Crime, Justice and Psychology at university of Leicester. For my dissertation I am conducting research into how fans view racism in football and the impact of black lives matter and players taking a knee.

I am therefore asking if anyone over the age of 18 years old if you would kindly complete the anonymous online survey I have created. The link for the survey is -

https://leicester.onlinesurveys.ac.uk/how-football-fans-view-racism-within-football-3

It is a short survey and should only take around 5-10 minutes. the survey is completely anonymous. I am grateful for your time and effort if you could kindly complete this survey for my research.

Thank you

Ramos following Donnarumma, Wijnaldum and Hakimi to PSG. Surely even Pochettino can win a trophy this season lol wage bill will be ridiculous

They have some absolute units on that team now. Surely they have to get to the absolute final stages of the CL now

A final and a semi in the last two seasons suggests they're already there - still unsure if Ramos would be a good signing or not but he unquestionably brings some backbone.

The referee in the Paraguay Peru game is shockingly bad 😂

Doesn’t excuse the sent off players reaction trying to attack the ref and waiting for him down the tunnel though.

(I assume this is the place to discuss the Copa America but have the sense I might be the only one watching)

Just started watching too and Peru just scored a very lucky goal.

I definitely feel bad for Paraguay. The red card was one of the worst decisions I’ve seen. This referee is the South American Mike Dean. Just loves a yellow card lol

Ref evened it by looks of it. Peru's red was never one either. Carrillo gets the ball lol

Literally any foul is a yellow for this guy. It doesn’t help that the players keep going down holding there faces whether they’ve been caught there or not. This is great entertainment though!

Someone on Twitter mentioned two other fouls similar to that- Gascoigne in the 1991 Cup Final and Nigel De Jong in the 2010 World Cup Final- and that Jesus challenge was the only red card.
