Anyone else notice how before the game Hoddle kept calling it a preseason friendly. When Chelsea took the lead he was getting excited. Villarreal equalise and immediately he started saying it was a preseason game again. Now he’s back to hyping up the achievement!

Chelsea fans some of the most fickle out there. Spent the best part of 2 years deriding and criticising Kepa. Now they're lauding him and praising him for his shootout 'heroics' and praising him that he's won all European trophies possible with Chelsea. 

It wasn't too long ago they couldn't wait to get shot of him.

The Roma move might work out for Tammy Abraham and I hope it does, if he goes there. I'd be a little bit wary of going to a Mourinho team abroad, if I were him though. Great city, fantastic history behind the club, but Mourinho has an awful habit of singling players out at clubs if the going gets tough for him. Abraham could swiftly become quite an easy target. Rome could be a very lonely place for him if Jose doesn't do well.
