Most of the article talks about Youri being unsellable, however also mentions that Praet can leave if we get a good offer - main source is HLN, who that Kristof Terreur works for

http://sportwitness.co.uk/leicester-make-stance-clear-two-players-one-unsellable-can-leave-good-offer/

HLN also provide a short update on Tielemans’ compatriot, Dennis Praet, who struggled with injuries and was also left on the bench at the end of last season.

Unlike Tielemans, however, it’s claimed Praet can leave Leicester if they receive a ‘good offer’.

I don’t think I have seen anything of him in training yet, him and the 2 keepers left to return I think

No which makes me wonder if something is being sorted behind the scenes.

Yeah I think it is. He's the most sellable player we have that we would be willing to let go. KDH replaces him in the squad, whether he is good enough to replace him remains to be seen but I think it's a measured risk we ought to take.

I just hope we don't get taken for a ride from overseas clubs pleading poverty again. Italian clubs aren't skint and although they won't be paying us stupid money, we ought to be able to recoup the majority of what we paid for him, he's a solid £15m player and walks in to most Italian clubs bar the obvious top 3 or 4. He'd also be suited at one of the upper end Spanish clubs but the likes of Valencia and Betis have had money issues too.

Sevilla have prior interest and could be about to come into a load of money with Kounde seemingly moving to Chelsea for €50m+Zouma

Their midfield could do with someone like Praet

PL clubs too. A Southampton or Villa. He'd fit in at that level snug as

No disrespect to KDH but what makes us think, at this point, that he is good enough to replace an international footballer such as Praet? A better comparison would be a potential replacement for Hamza. A bit like saying that we can retire Vardy knowing that Daks will fill his boots and bang in 20 goals a season - unlikely

Sure it wasn’t meant @Paninistickers but there’s no way we can sneer at Southampton or Villa. Both good clubs, both can look at top half next season, and one can realistically aim to finish above us.

One of the many things I love about being a Leicester fan is that we don’t act ‘entitled’.

Let’s keep it that way, eh?

Wasn't sneering dude. I like Praet. But he's a whisker off a top 6 club. Saints and Villa are a whisker off us. Just thought he'd fit in there and they'd have more dosh than Italian clubs to.pay for him

The decision will be made in part by Rodgers & what he sees from KDH in the friendlies & how well he trains.

Agreed on both, one ‘whisker’ larger than the other. Dude 🥸

He could certainly teach a few of them about fashion! Apparently he has his own clothing brand.

Keep Dennis!

Suggest he takes young James to one side and gives him a few pointers

That's it Maveric, full throttle this year if you stay! I like him and it's a shame at the end of last year we were faffing around with throwing RP up onto the right wing, which wasn't a great success as he was pretty rusty, instead of playing Praet who had been playing excellently up until his injury.

I do think KDH is potentially destined for great things, but going into this season when every other PL club knows we don't have a right winger isn't a great start to the season. If Praet stays and our squad is bloated then I'd take Praet over KDH

He’s not a Brendan signing. He’s good depth but don’t think he’ll play any remotely significant game so understand him wanting to move on.

im a massive fan of his and disappointed to see him go. Can see this being another kramaric situation.
