Can't blame him really, could be playing every week for some of the better teams in Spain and Italy

 

With the 2 midfield positions in a 433 - Tielemans, Maddison (if he stays), Soumare, and KDH, I just can't see him getting the game time he probably wants if we also want to give game time to KDH

Hope he stays if we keep go for 4-3-3. I like him but can understand if he wants to play as he is 4th choice now. 

 

If he doesn't, hope we are touting him to samp or sassuolo in part exchange for berardi or damsgaard.

We've got KDH and Soumare now so can't see him getting much game time.

He's a decent squad player but nothing more imo.

Surely he is a better bet than KDH. Seems to be a lot of faith in him considering he hasn't played in the Premier league. Saying that though if Rodgers isnt gonna play him we may as well get rid

I can understand his frustration, despite rating him I doubt he’ll ever be a starter with us.

 

The guy is 27, in the peak of his career, a Belgium international, he clearly wants first team football.

 

I can’t see him getting regular game time with us, it’s best to give him his wishes and let him go.

 

Hopefully KDH can step up in his place.

I honestly don’t know what he brings to the team, bar the odd decent game he looks very ordinary.

We'd have a real struggle for registering players if Praet stayed and we signed a winger - KDH has a significant advantage being home grown in this regard, and probably won't be itching to start as many games as Praet this season.

 

Tielemans, KDH, Soumaré is plenty for the position alongside Ndidi/Mendy in a two, or Tielemans/KDH/Soumaré/Maddison is enough in a midfield three. And he's not a natural no.10 for me either, I'd rather have Pérez there over him.

 

Shame but he is probably our most saleable asset.

He’s far too good to sit on the bench. Only issue is Youri and Wilf offer more to the side. I feel for Dennis. He was getting a real run and looking good and then got injured. It would be a shame to lose him, but it’s probably not the end of the world to let him move on.

I do rate praet but if we can get 15M+ to put in the transfer kitty we do now have Soumare and KDH

I can tell you lads that I’ve bought Daka and Soumare, as well as integrating KDH into the first team on FM as Leicester… Praet doesn’t play at all. No need for the lad. Ciao.

 

… this is half in jest, I think we should let him go for the benefit of his career. Based on stamina alone it looks like KDH may be better suited as the rotation option for us in midfield. Yes, Praet is a ‘line breaker’ but he’s not really affected games enough coming off the bench for us to waste him here in this league.

KDH and Soumare enough here. If we can recoup the best part of fee paid given his concerns we should let him move on. The funds will be better utilised in areas that need further strengthening, ie wide man.

I don’t think we will miss him to be honest. He hasn’t quite lived up to expectations.

He's absolutely mustard so frustrating as a fan to see Rodgers treat him unfairly. 

 

But Rodgers is statistically the best manager we've ever had so I guess I have to take this on the chin.

No actual quote from him.

He apparently wants to play more or risk losing him. 

Makes sense and is totally reasonable. 

This next 6-12 months will decide whether he stays or goes. Nothing really changed in that respect

He's said nothing. How would the Sun know what Dennis Praet, no doubt on holiday, has said to our manager?

He'll get his chance. We need all the squad for this season. There will be injuries, suspension and rotation.

 

Also no one really knows if JM10 is going to be here long term.

Gutted to see him go he’s a class player. Can’t blame him for wanting to move on for more games though.
