He should compete with Maddison for the no.10 position rather than Perez, and offers us a different option on the right side if we have an overlapping right back attacking high up the pitch - Castagne or Justin. Praet was superb at the start of the previous season, the quality is there but he needs a run of games to build momentum. 3

Soumare and KDH offer us much more than Praet ever has, he’s always been happy to take the safe option and has no final ball when attempted (makes me laugh that the only answer anyone has to that is his scuffed pass at Brentford) 1 1

Claudio Fannieri Posted 1 August 2021 Posted 1 August 2021 We have to move him on, he is a near and tidy player but for me KDH offers so much more and this gives us an option to boost our transfer kitty, move on a relative high earner and hopefully reinvest in an area where there is a more pressing need.

A number of clubs would like him I am sure but if they are going to match our contract they will not pay a high fee. I have no idea what we paid for him but I would doubt if we can expect to get that back.

His wages are more than a lot of clubs would likely pay him but not huge amounts, he's the sort that will want 1st team football more than an extra £20k a week.

It must be Madueke then, if we want a right winger ? Just hope PSV will sell for less than £30m. 1
Bluearmyfox28 Posted 4 August 2021 Posted 4 August 2021 For me since BR has stated that KDH has a place in the squad then he has a decision between Hamza or Dennis not Dennis or Perez. Both Hamza and Dennis can be seen as vital when we play games with a high press & personally I would not be surprised to see Hamza leave rather than Dennis.
