It will be popular as a seaside place and lots stay for the weekend. I don’t think it will make members or general sale. However, being as we are asked to take proof of covid jabs or lateral flow 48 hours prior, this may stop people selling them on or even purchasing. All depends if tickets have names on.

How popular is this one usually? Is it likely to make members? It's a stadium i haven't been to before and would very much like to tick off :)

Never been especially popular to my memory, sells out but will probably make it a fair way down. Imagine many will bin it off seeing that there are stipulations to entry etc.

Going to bide my time until after the Europa league draw before deciding on this one. We might have a very fun Europa away draw on Sept 16th, in which case Brighton a few days later is unlikely. Or Rijeka at home, in which case Brighton for the weekend is a definite

Part of me has questioned the feasibility of flying into Gatwick on the way back if in Europe

Anyone know how this ballot system works? First time I have entered it

It's as simple as just entering like you have done.

There's usually around 60 tickets available and if you are successful in the ballot, you win the opportunity to purchase a ticket, you don't win the ticket itself so its still going to cost you, but it might open up an opportunity for an away day which wouldn't ordinarily be accessible to members.

West Ham has made it to members anyway but that's more down to being a horrific stadium, horrific atmosphere and the fact it's a Monday night. Most other away days i am sure will be very hard to get hold of, as Norwich has proven.

Can anyone confirm which blocks have been on sale so far?

Just the corner ones or the whole end?

Just the corner ones so far (S1B and S1C) not sure about S1A but the rest of the blocks definitely haven’t been opened yet (S1D, S1E and S1F)

I see they're selling the poorest seats to those people with the most priority points - assume this is on the request on Brighton but when don't we sell out Brighton away - especially in mid September.

It’s often been the case at some grounds for many years that the worst seats go on sale first. Sometimes I think it’s to keep segregation as wide as possible, but as you say this is an attractive away day at this time of year and it should sell out or close to. Other times there seems to be no reason for doing it. It’s then frustrating as sales just eventually stall for ages as lots of people wait for the better blocks to open. Not a massive amount of tickets sold today at P2 level.
