Hammo Posted 20 October 2021 Posted 20 October 2021 That fourth goal was a thing of beauty - reminded me of some of our lethal counterattacking goals of 2015/16. Then: Kante, Mahrez, Vardy Now: Soumare, Maddison, Daka Glorious. 2
Guest Mickyblueeyes Posted 20 October 2021 Posted 20 October 2021 What a talented finisher. Fantastic composure.
Ric Flair Posted 20 October 2021 Posted 20 October 2021 3 of the 4 today were off his perceived weaker foot, the man is an absolute beast. As I previously said, this geezer will be in the top 3 strikers in Europe inside 18 months of being here. The only thing that slows that is Vardy being unbelievable but it's happening. What a player 3 1

What a player Oh he's right footed? The first one looked like his worst/most awkward finish 2

dynamark Posted 20 October 2021 Posted 20 October 2021 Impressed me was him and Nacho staying onside - clever play 2

enmac Posted 20 October 2021 Author Posted 20 October 2021 Newcastle won the 1955 FA Cup final with 3 CFs. Len White, Jackie Milburn and Vic Keeble so it can be done.

lcfc sheff Posted 20 October 2021 Posted 20 October 2021 Very good player, but most importantly humble and a gent; a great bloke to have around the club

Neutral Posted 20 October 2021 Posted 20 October 2021 I think he likely lacks some of the ruggedness to play upfront alone at this time, but he is such a special talent. It is actually a repeat of Vardy in that way he plays on the shoulder of the last man, runs in behind and finishes clinically. Three Vardy-like goals today, alone. He has the absolute perfect mentor for his style of play and the two-upfront will really suit him. 2
ARM1968 Posted 20 October 2021 Posted 20 October 2021 Very special player. His confidence will be off the charts after the last two games. We all knew he was good, which is why we all wanted him to play. Proper competition up front can only be a good thing. 1
David Hankey Posted 20 October 2021 Posted 20 October 2021 Excellent effort today, Patson, well done.
SemperEadem Posted 20 October 2021 Posted 20 October 2021 His family were giving it great support in the away end. 1
