For tourism the proof of recovery isn't acceptable to France. It's fully jabbed only, with the most recent no older than 270 days, so for most of you would probably be a booster.

Anyone who received their last jab (minimum of 2 jabs) between now and 20th June 2021 will be OK then.

I had my 2nd jab at the end of July 2021 so should be good. Just need to get a ticket now which I'm working on.

I'll be drinking them horrid warm cartons of wine all day.

Yes that'll do nicely. We're also thinking about doing a road trip up, it's a 16 hour drive so we'll have to stop at least once. We'll be the outcasts in the home end looking longingly in to the away end if we can get tickets lol If you find any info let me know please

I think that will be me too in the home end. @SemperEadem kindly pointed out that theres a section next to the away end that barely has any home fans in so thats where we need to get in.

Where in Spain you driving up from? I used to drive Leics to Costa Brava (L'Escala) every year 😂😂😂

Do though think this will go right down the brackets possibly even to general sale if the club don't get pissy on it again.

Almeria, about as far south as you can go in Spain lol

Yeah I'll have a look at the section @SemperEadem mentioned, it seems like a good option and hope we get moved

The 2nd jab absolute eradicated me for several weeks. Was off work for a while, had arthritis type episodes and some very strange fevers. I'd really rather not given I've the antibodies from 2 doses and recently had covid which what was very likely Omicron. I thought you were supposed to leave off a booster for a good while after catching it anyway? Given my reaction to the 2nd jab I'd be hesitant to get another at the minute if you're supposed to wait.

I'd only be getting it to travel and not for health reasons which seems stupid.

I think I've read that it's either 3 jabs or if the last jab was within 270 days which my 2nd jab was as it was the end of July. But its a little unclear.

My first 2 injections were AZ, my third Pfizer. I had few reactions to either. Different vaccine might make a difference.

I think it's 28 days after recovery but you should check. NHS website?

Forget the booster. The best way around the French Covid regulations is,  coach to Dover, then cross the Channel in a dingy. Train from Calais to Renne. On the return crossing, Patel´s Leisure Cruises will pick you half way across and put you up in Hotel free of charge. Then back Leicester the next day.

The guidance at work keeps changing but I'm sure it now 28 day after you are clear of covid.

Up to you, it a personal choice, but you would still be having it to keep you safe.

God help your poor soul for living in Almería, not only because of the humidity but rather because it's quite miserable sadly. Sad because it's a beautiful place culturally and nature wise. Cheers from sevilla Andalucía

I'm exaggerating, by the way 😉 a lot of sarcasm haha

Thankfully we're in the province inland, not the city. We're up in the mountains so no humidity either, and yes it's very beautiful, and certainly not miserable :)

Hopefully. It's not the easiest to get to with limited airport choices. The affordable flights will either sell out of keep increasing and put people off.

The jab situation will prevent a lot of people travelling.

And...France isn't as appealing as Italy or Spain to some.

How is aguerd doing btw? Wanted leicester to sign him 😪

Aguerd is Great. Especially on the air, he scored several goals on offensive corners. Lacks concentration sometimes, but good leadership, he clearly improved a lot this season. He complements well with our young Omari, from the academy, who is impressing in his first pro season, very fast, hard to pass through, he managed to block Mbappe quite well and he can pass well. But again he also commit some mistakes sometimes due to a lack of concentration/experience.

Yeah, unfortunately city life over there can be quite sad, especially because of the economic despairities. Like the north of England. But the people are great and the nature is amazing. Culturally as well. Enjoy it.

Said It with a hint of sarcasm by the way 😉

Bonjour everyone. I m living in in FWI

Do you know the team?

Are you thing is a good deal?

Sorry for my English... 😞

Looking at the fixtures, we have Arsenal sandwiched in between the 2 legs, I’d look to sacrifice that Arsenal game and focus on both Rennes games.

In turn, Rennes have a difficult away trip to Lyon in between our 2 games and with them chasing European qualification in the league, I can’t see them making a similar choice. Possibly a very slight advantage regarding our domestic season being effectively dead!

I've had covid recently and suffered less unpleasant symptoms than the vaccine itself. T cell antibodies are also thought to be every bit, if not stronger than the vaccine. For now I'll stay as I am but may well have the booster should a different strain appear that's more unpleasant.

Hi, welcome!

Yes we know Stade Rennes. I don’t know many of your players other than Doku, Laborde, Traore and Terrier. Doku’s pace and tricky will cause our defence problems.

The majority of Leicester fans appear to be cautious about our chances of winning and would have preferred a different draw.

Hopefully we may have more confidence by the time the game comes around as our performance in the premier league is currently poor.

Thanks for posting!
