More chance of me scoring first today.

The odds are high for a reason - but has there been an update on his injury!?

I can’t find anything other than the update before PSV.

Rodgers said in the press conference on Friday: “Jamie won’t be back. He’s got a final injection on Tuesday and we’ll see what the reaction is to that. We're hoping we get positive news on that.”

Hence the long odds on either of us scoring.

Yeah it can be a formation that if you get wrong can leave you wide open but it also can completely nullify a team too as you overload them in central areas and then disrupt the area they should be stronger in.

True. It just needs the players to be well briefed and disciplined in execution as soon as the players switch. We are a bit hit and miss at this and I can see rogers  just matching them up especially missing ndidi and Vardy. This is an important game too as apart from spurs most of those teams above us have faltered so far which is an opportunity. Conversely less ground to lose too.

I think if we lose this, we are also likely to lose to PSV...just a feeling though.

Why would you say that, I don't understand why some fans on here are so negative .

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I had to read it three times to confirm he's the idiot and not me.

... Which I suppose doesn't reflect well on either of us but I've had three hours sleep in the last 72hrs so what's his excuse?

He probably slipped into a comma.

You (and @Aus Fox) must have a weird concept of negativity if you think proffering we shouldn't "fart away" the game is negative.

Nonetheless, do not underestimate the role of psychology in football. Garnering results (whether wins or losses) tend to become habitual and thus often comes in batches.

What on earth are you talking about here? Not sure any of what you said makes any sense, or why I have been tagged in this post?

Still cracking up at Zaha giving it large and celebrating after missing two pens instead of getting the ball back in play as soon as possible to, you know, actually try to win the game. lol
