Won us the league and got us to the quarter final of the champs league.

Others might have been good, but none of them delivered anything nearly as good as that.

Probably recency bias to say Mahrez and Barnes… was a big fan of Guppy as a kid, don’t remember much before that. Albrighton obviously a club legend.

Not been blessed in this department compared to some other positions. Mahrez is most talented of course but Guppy was one of the best crossers of the ball I've seen.

I know people talk about disastrous buys like Akibiyi, Mills or Slimani but some of the players we had in that spell from 2005 to 2008 were fourth tier standard.
