He shouldn’t be anywhere near playing for that reason. When the pressures off he is ok, but he can’t do it in the big leagues He was shit before that, I can remember Ward and Daniel Amartey having nightmares against Notts F in the FA Cup. 2

CrazyKopCorner Posted 25 December 2024 Posted 25 December 2024 I wish no ill on the guy but FM I hope he does the decent thing this time of year and hangs up his barely used gloves.
PhillippaT Posted 25 December 2024 Posted 25 December 2024 I was just looking at the Leicester Mercury cover for the FA Cup win (we have it on the wall) and the only player on it that I recognise that is still with us is Danny bloody Ward...

What about Vardy, Ndidi, Ricardo, Luke Thomas, Hamza and Justin (who got a bad injury against Brighton in the 5th round)? Edited 25 December 2024 by SouthStandUpperTier 3

Not sure who it is holding the trophy with Kasper. But I recognise (R to L) Mendy, Youri, (I can't remember the name of the player behind them but know he left - a winger) Kasper,?, Ward, Madderz, Evans, Sharky, Fuchs,? (Ulloa?)

Dahnsouff Posted 25 December 2024 Posted 25 December 2024 The stars are aligning to show us a true Christmas miracle for the ages, when Danny lad has a performance for the ages against those who so recklessly cast him aside for such a pitance.

Father Ted Posted 25 December 2024 Posted 25 December 2024 The more i think about it, the more i think Danny Ward’s contribution to the disaster that followed against Wolves will, in time, be looked at on par with the Wycombe FA Cup result, in terms of the start of a downward spiral for the club that will take years to recover from. 2 1

I think it's just the positions they happened to be in at the time the picture is taken. There are a few in the background that can't be really seen/made out.

Seen it mentioned when there's been interest in both of them and Championship clubs not willing to go near the wages. Cant find that thread that had the squad contract lengths last season but think Ward and Iversen are here till summer 26
