I would really quite like a proper natural left back. Granted it's not top of the list at the minute but someone whose natural inclination is to bomb on down the flank and overlap the winger would do wonders for us and probably also for Barnes specifically, and I don't think Thomas has the athleticism (yet) to do so. Would possibly mean Castagne moving on with both Justin and Ricardo having signed new deals this year but if we were bringing in someone quality (which from my very limited viewing Truffert looks like) I wouldn't be devastated to make that trade.

 

Having said that I have long since made my peace with the fact we'll never again sign either a left back or a right winger.

I don't have a clue who he is. But if he did come in I'd like some consistency in the team I.e. Ricardo/Castagna at RB and him/JJ at LB.

...he looks very much like an British player, no frills,earnest and does the job!!!

  He looks like a young Vardy out in the pitch, same build and running style, and his goal near the end of the clip shows great technique, moreso with his body shape (very Fuchs like).
